1. Service Agreement :

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment :

Full payment for shoe cleaning services and care services is required at the time of drop-off. We do not provide refunds once cleaning has been completed, even if the results do not meet your expectations due to the factors outlined in the disclaimer.

3. Pickup and Storage :

Items must be collected within 60 days of being notified that the cleaning is complete. After 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of or donate unclaimed items.

4. Limited Liability :

While we take extreme care of all your items, there are times where an unfortunate event happens that may be out of our control. In the event of loss or irreparable damage to your items due to our handling, our customer service will reach out to you within 24 hours to give a solution that both parties agree on.

5. Refusal of Service :

We reserve the right to refuse service for any items that we deem uncleanable, too delicate, or at high risk of damage. We will inform you of such decisions before proceeding with any cleaning.

6. Customer Responsibility :

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the risks associated with cleaning specific materials and types of shoes. By submitting your shoes for cleaning, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Shoe Cleaning Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using our services.

1. Cleaning Outcome :

Lex Loop Holdings Sdn Bhd takes every precaution to clean your items thoroughly and with care. However, results may vary depending on the material, age, and pre-existing condition of the footwear. We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, dirt, or discoloration, especially for items with severe wear or damage.

2. Risk of Damage :

Some materials and finishes may react unpredictably to cleaning products and techniques. While we handle each pair carefully, if we find any risk of damage to be high during the cleaning process, we will contact you immediately for your consent to proceed with the cleaning. Including but not limited to discoloration, fabric degradation, or weakening of glue and stitching.

3. Pre-existing Conditions :

We will inspect your shoes prior to cleaning, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as loose stitching, worn-out soles, broken eyelets, or any structural issues that may worsen during cleaning.

4. Non-Removable Stains :

Certain stains, especially those that have set in deeply over time (e.g., oil, ink, dyes, stubborn stain), may be impossible to remove completely. Customers are advised to understand these limitations before proceeding. But we will do our best to remove it.

5. Personal Property :

Please ensure you remove all personal items, such as inserts, laces, or ornaments, before handing in your shoes for cleaning. We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property left in the shoes.
